Product Description
01is new addition to the Innov-ís family offers a colour LCD touch screen, a 160 mm x 260 mm embroidery area, and accurate stitching for all your sewing, quilting, and embroidery projects. The new Innov-ís 2500D also has an impressive big workspace (21 cm right width from needle and 10.8 cm height), advanced needle threading system, automatic upper thread tension, hundreds of built-in sewing stitches (314 built-in stitches including 10 alphabet fonts) as well as embroidery patterns (over 200 built-in patterns and 129 ©Disney designs). With this machine, users can sew as fast as 1000 stitches per minute (straight stitch) and embroider up to 800 stitches per minute.

Return Policy
You can return any Brother machine purchased on brother.ca within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s unopened, intact and has a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.* Contact us so that we can assess the best solution for you, either by providing you with a different machine, helping with the setup or issuing an RMA. Any shipping costs are at your expense. However, if we determine that the machine is defective—or if we’re otherwise responsible—we’ll be happy to arrange a pickup at our expense. Once we’ve inspected the return, we’ll refund your credit card.
If your machine was not purchased from brother.ca, simply let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
