Technical Support Fraud Alert

Service scams are an increasingly common type of fraud affecting customers in Canada and around the world. As described by the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center "The scammer accesses your computer and pretends to run a diagnostic test and repair. They then ask you to pay a fee for their service and request a credit card number to cover the payment. In some cases, the scammer sends a transfer from your computer through a money service business like Western Union or MoneyGram. The end result is that you pay for a service that was not needed as the computer was never infected."

Please be aware that the only authorized technical & telephone support for Brother products in Canada are provided through www.brother.ca, https://support.brother.com, https://support.brother.ca and https://soutien.brother.ca .
